Meet Dr. Mirna S. Dahdal
Chiropractic • Rehabilitation • Movement • Fitness • Nutrition
Dr. Mirna S. Dahdal believes that effective care begins with understanding the person—not simply treating the area that hurts. Her approach combines her education and experience in chiropractic care, rehabilitation, nutrition, fitness, and movement to help patients reduce pain, improve function, become stronger, and remain active throughout their lives.
Dr. Dahdal's professional background extends well beyond chiropractic care. With advanced education in chiropractic and human nutrition, along with professional certifications and extensive experience in corrective exercise, rehabilitation, personal training, yoga, stretching and flexibility, barre, cycling, and group fitness, she brings a broad understanding of movement, exercise, and physical function to the way she evaluates and cares for her patients.
Her approach may combine hands-on treatment with therapeutic stretching, soft-tissue techniques, mobility work, corrective exercise, progressive strengthening, and lifestyle or nutrition guidance when appropriate. Rather than viewing these as separate services, Dr. Dahdal uses them as complementary tools that can be adapted to each patient's needs, abilities, activities, and goals.
Education Is Part of Your Care
Dr. Dahdal believes patients should understand what they are experiencing, why a particular treatment or exercise is being recommended, and what they can do to participate in their own progress.
Patient education is therefore an important part of care at Bella Vida Wellness. Whether someone is experiencing pain, recovering from an injury, returning to exercise, or working toward better mobility and physical function, Dr. Dahdal strives to provide practical information and strategies that patients can carry beyond the treatment room.
Her goal is not simply to help patients feel better during an office visit, but to help them develop the movement, strength, knowledge, and confidence needed to support their health and continue doing the things that matter to them.
A Lifelong Commitment to Movement & Wellness
Dr. Dahdal's interest in health and wellness extends into her own professional work in the fitness industry. Her experience teaching and training across multiple fitness disciplines gives her firsthand insight into the demands placed on the body during exercise and the importance of mobility, strength, flexibility, balance, and movement quality at every stage of life.
This combination of clinical care and fitness experience allows her to work with individuals across a wide range of abilities—from those experiencing pain or functional limitations to those returning to exercise or simply wanting to become stronger, move better, and remain active.
At Bella Vida Wellness, the goal is ultimately the same:
Feel Better. Move Better. Live Better.
